ガールズデイ・ヘリ、1等席を予約したのに強制エコノミー行き...アメリカの手口にやられたのか？

グループ「Girls Day」出身の女優ヘリ（本名イ・ヘリ）がある外資系航空会社のサービスに憤りを爆発させた。

ヘリは31日、自身のインスタグラムに「1ヶ月半前に予約して座席まで事前に指定したが、ファーストクラスの座席がないとエコノミーにダウングレードされた」とし、「払い戻しもできず、座席が気に入らなければ次の飛行機に乗って行けという航空会社」という文を掲載した。

さらに、「さらに2つの座席を予約したのに、どうして両方ともダウングレードされるのですか」とし、「言いたいことが山ほどあるのに、うまくできず、英語の勉強を頑張らなければならないと思った瞬間でした。あまりにも不合理な経験、皆さんは気をつけてください」と付け加えた。

外国の航空会社の無責任なサービス政策は、以前から問題視されてきた。新型コロナウイルス感染症当時、国ごとに入国制限措置が続くと、外国航空会社は払い戻し手続きを厳しくし、手数料免除も除外した。休業を理由に払い戻しを拒否した事例もあった。

2017年には、デルタ航空がオーバーブッキングで家族連れの乗客に子供の席を他の人に譲り、子供を膝の上に座らせるよう要求して物議を醸したこともあった。

正式に座席を購入したこれらの家族が拒否すると、客室乗務員は「それなら全員飛行機から降りろ」と要求し、「抗議し続けると刑務所に行かなければならない」と脅迫までした。これらの家族の暴露でこの事実が報道され、航空会社は非難を浴びた。
