"ナショナル・ホテル・ガール "スージーに侮辱行為...最高裁、罰金50万ウォンの有罪判決

タレントのスージー（本名ペ・スジ）を「国民的ホテルガール」と呼んだ40代の男に有罪判決が下った。

最高裁第3部（安哲相（アン・チョルサン）裁判長）は、インターネット上でスージーさんを「国民ホテルガール」などの表現で侮辱したとして送検されたイ氏の叔母に対する再審で、罰金50万ウォンという原審の判決を支持した。

2015年10月、イ氏はインターネットポータルサイトのニュースコメント欄に「アンプルが作ったバブル。ただの国民ホテルガール」、12月には「なぜA（他の芸能人）に映画爆弾樹脂を付けるのか」というコメントを投稿して侮辱罪に問われた。JYP Unple（メディア遊び）ジンハネ。

一審はイ氏を有罪とし、罰金100万ウォンを科したが、二審は判決を覆し無罪を言い渡した。

"Unpleが作り出したバブル "は、被害者の人気や肯定的な記事に対するメディアプレーの結果であり、それ以上と見ることはできない。"国民ホテルガール "という表現は、芸能界が "国民妹 "という宣伝文句を使っていることに対する皮肉であり、"映画爆死 "という表現は、被害者が主演した映画が興行的に失敗したことに対する辛辣な表現に過ぎない。"と裁判長は述べた。

公判廷は再公判の結果、「国民ホテルガール」の部分について有罪とし、罰金50万ウォンを言い渡した。他の表現は無罪とした。

この日、最高裁は裁判の判決を受け入れた。裁判所は、"裁判長の判断には、論理と経験の法則に反し、自由主義心理学の限界を超え、侮辱罪の成立に関する法律を誤解するような誤りはなかった "と述べた。
