YGの新ガールズグループBABYMONSTERが、7月27日にデビューすることが決定した。

YGエンターテインメントは10日、公式ブログに「BABYMONSTER DEBUT TEASER」を掲載した。このポスターには、Baby Monsterのタイポグラフィとデビュー日である「2023.11.27 0AM KST」が描かれており、グループがデビューまでの最終段階に入ったことを示している。

YGは、「以前お知らせした通り、ミュージックビデオの撮影は順調に終了しました。ファンの皆さんの忍耐に報いるため、努力と応援を惜しみませんでした。正式なデビュー日までに最高の結果をお届けできるよう、引き続きポストプロダクションに励みます。今後のプロモーションにご期待ください。"

Baby Monsterは韓国、タイ、日本の多国籍メンバーで構成された7人組で、YGにとってはBLACKPINKに続く約7年ぶりの新人ガールズグループだ。デビュー前からYouTubeの公式チャンネル登録者数は315万人を超え、累積再生回数は4億5000万回を超えた。米ビルボードは彼女たちを「注目すべきK-POPアーティスト」に選出し、K-POPジャンルに新たな波を起こすだろうと予測している。
