Singer Soojin is making a solo comeback.
According to her agency, BRD Entertainment, Sujin will release her first solo EP, "Lady," at 6 p.m. today through various music sites.
The new album, which incorporates a variety of images that best represent the artist, consists of a total of six tracks, including the title track, "Lady," as well as "Flower," "Sunflower," "TyTy," "SUNSET," and "bloodredroses," which showcase Sujin's charm.
"Sunset" is Sujin's favorite song on the album. "It's a beautiful song about spending time with your favorite person at sunset. It's a song that makes you feel happy even when you're waiting to go see someone," he explains.
"I want to communicate with my fans a lot, and I'm very curious about how they've been doing. I can't wait to meet them," and added, "Thank you for waiting so long. It must have been very frustrating not to hear from them, so I'm sorry and grateful."
Soojin, who made her debut in 2018 as a member of Girls' Generation, served as the group's main dancer and sub-vocalist, but left the group in 2021 amid allegations of sexual abuse. The following year, she also ended her exclusive contract with the agency.
