피프티 피프티, 키나만 남는다…어트랙트, 멤버 3명과 계약해지

걸그룹 피프티 피프티(FIFTY FIFTY) 소속사가 멤버 3명과 전속계약을 해지했다.

23일 어트랙트는 “자사 소속 걸그룹 피프티 피프티의 멤버 중 키나(송자경)를 제외한 나머지 3명 새나(정세현), 시오(정지호), 아란(정은아)에 대해 10월 19일부로 전속계약해지를 통보했다”고 밝혔다.

이어 “피프티 피프티 3명의 멤버들이 심대한 계약 위반 행위들에 대한 어떠한 시정과 반성도 없는 것에 대해 조치를 취했다. 향후 멤버들에 대해 후속 대응에 대해 논의할 것”이라고 전했다.

지난해 11월 데뷔한 피프티 피프티는 2월 발표한 ‘큐피드(Cupid)’가 미국 빌보드 메인 싱글차트 ‘핫100’ 17위까지 오르는 등 글로벌 음악 시장에서 성공하며 ‘중소의 기적’이라는 찬사를 받으며 관심을 받았다. 이후 6월 피프티 피프티의 네 멤버는 어트랙트가 정산자료 제공 의무와 멤버의 신체적·정신적 건강관리 의무 등을 이행하지 않았다며 전속계약 해지를 주장하는 가처분 신청을 냈다.

어트랙트 측은 피프티 피프티 멤버들을 빼가려는 외부 세력이 있다고 주장하며 맞섰고 프로젝트 관리 및 업무를 수행해온 더기버스가 ‘큐피드’ 저작권을 사는 행위 등을 했다며 더기버스 안성일 대표 외 3명을 상대로 고소장을 냈다.

법원은 이에 대한 기각 결정을 내렸고 피프티 피프티는 법원 판결에 불복해 항고를 냈다. 어트랙트로 돌아온 키나는 최근 항고 취하서를 제출했다. 어트랙트로 다시 돌아온 키나는 지난 20일 디스패치와 인터뷰를 통해 전속계약 효력정지 가처분 신청을 부추긴 배후가 더기버스의 안성일 프로듀서라고 폭로했다.
